Terms of use
Use InstaShare responsibly.

The service
InstaShare lets users upload Claude Code session transcripts and publish them at public URLs. It also provides optional account, claim, update, deletion, device, and API functionality. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice.
Your content and permission
You retain responsibility for the content you upload. You grant InstaShare the permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and display that content for operation of the service. You confirm that you have the right to publish it and that doing so does not violate law, confidentiality duties, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or agreements with employers, customers, or other people.
Public content
Shares are public to anyone with their URLs. Random slugs, noindex directives, local redaction, and delete controls do not make content confidential. You are responsible for reviewing transcripts, tool output, source code, screenshots, personal data, and other material before sharing.
Acceptable use
You may not use InstaShare to:
- Publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
- Expose personal, confidential, or credential information without authorization.
- Distribute malware, stolen credentials, exploit payloads intended for abuse, or content that facilitates unauthorized access.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass limits, or interfere with the service or other users.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to publish content.
Control tokens and accounts
You are responsible for protecting delete URLs, claim tokens, upload tokens, account sessions, and related local files. Actions authorized by a valid control may be treated as authorized by its holder. Notify us if you believe an account or control token has been compromised.
Removal and service changes
We may remove content, restrict access, revoke tokens, suspend accounts, impose technical limits, or discontinue functionality to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address operational needs. The service may change or become unavailable without notice.
No warranties
InstaShare is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete redaction, permanent storage, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, InstaShare and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credentials, profits, business, or reputation arising from use of or inability to use the service.
